Hex Commander Tips: Fantasy Heroes - Elf Campaign: Mission 1
Mission 1 - Beginning
The first elven mission. You must help rural residents who are attacked wild animals.
You start a mission with a small detachment consisting of several units and your new heroine - arquen. She is an archer who can move over long distances and has a special ability to allow it to punch armor (it can be additionally improved). Available units, elven scouts, use distant attacks. They do not apply a lot of damage and they lack armor. Nevertheless, they are fast and can quickly move in the forests (4 hex). Your heroine can also do it too. During this mission you accompanies the elven hero. Additional allies are waiting for you in the village.
Your goal is to protect the villagers (they have 90 health glasses, and they cannot cause any damage) and defeat all enemies.
You start in a small forest. There you can meet the chest (40 gold). A flock of wolves is located in the northeast (1). You can start shooting on them, but do not stop moving. Both decks must be stopped in close proximity to the village (1). Doing it, you will not disturb other detachments that are on the map. Stay closer to the Union Hero and remember that your troops are very vulnerable. Your heroine inflicts the biggest damage - this information is very important.
After the victory over the animals in the north and approaching the village, you notice that the rest of the detachments began assault. Two groups are attacked from the East (2), and a large group attacks from the West (3). In addition to the wolves, you will also have to face the new detachment - bears. Their armor is very persistent, and they can cause a lot of damage. They also have a special ability, which slows down the unit for several moves.
Destroy their one group after another. Keep your units close to each other and start with the nearest detachment attack (2). Then you should attack another group (3). Inside the village you can find barricades and wooden towers that you can use to strengthen your units. Place your archers / arquen in them. From now on, you can also use teleports, but the only division you can call is Shadow Warriors. These detachments are quite stable, they are equivalent to infantry. They have excellent armor, which protects them from near and far fight attacks. Try to attack individual units and use the village / allies as bait. Thanks to this, you can coordinate attacks of your units. You can also use allies as a shield and place your archers behind your back.
Playing a mission at a higher complexity - you have to deal with the same number of detachments, but they have more units and they are more advanced. Normally, the detachment of wolves consists of 3 animals, and on the highest complexity - 7 animals. Tactic remains the same, but you probably have to call additional units. dating sider
